Job: Product Manager Reporting into: Director of Product Management Location: Remote (North America EST or CST, South America, and Europe)
As a Product Manager, you are a passionate, customer-facing, and hands-on team member who will help define and manage critical areas of our applications. You will be involved in every part of the product development process, from ideation for new features and enhancements to 0 to 1 development of innovative new products while working with other product leaders, developers, designers, support, and marketing to implement features. You will use your balance of customer vs business mindset and your full range of creative skills to build and expand our applications. You are excited by improving online experiences for connecting and growing the community authentically. You have experiences with dating apps either through past work or personal use. This is a full time, 40hrs/week position.
Who You Are:
3+ years of Product Management experience
Roadmap management and prioritization skills with the ability to make “what’s most important” next decisions.
Excellent writing skills and demonstrated experience with creating epics and stories.
Familiarity with Figma/Figjam, Productboard, Pivotal, Google Suite, MixPanel, MoEngage, etc
Experience working towards existing set KPIs and the desire to work towards new metric based KPIs you develop.
Experience with A/B testing
Excited about the online dating space and helping humans form meaningful connections.
Operate with a “nothing is ever done” mentality, where you’re always looking to improve or find the loopholes.
Accountable every step of the way with a high sense of ownership and responsibility to drive home the best experiences for the business and your customers
Data Driven, you trust but verify - your decisions are based on facts, you seek out data trends to create improvements and solve problems.
A desire to become more skilled at Go To Market and Product Marketing

What you’ll do
Drive product development from iterative feature improvement to entirely new products
Maximize efficiency within our product and delivery areas to drive repeatable and predictable deliverables.
Define the product needs and pain points based on consumer feedback and market trends.
Work closely with the Engineering lead to shepard delivery including: velocity, process and task management, final QA and UAT.
Work with the Director of Product Management to grow your skills and grow with Perry Street.
Work with our data team to quantitatively define and evaluate the success and performance of new and existing features
Team members will be expected to align to the working and pairing hours of their team across multiple regions, including the EU
Candidates must be located in one of the following regions:
North America - Eastern Standard Time, Brazil, or EU
Bonus if you have experience with:
Experience building social and/or dating products
Experience supporting data research
Experience in consumer software
Salary: $75,000 - $150,000 (Geography and experience dependent)
