Product Manager
As Product Manager, you will lead a mission-driven product team in the definition, delivery, and measurement of product opportunities and strategies that deliver on critical business outcomes.
Our product teams discover and deliver features and products that customers love while driving business growth. We collaborate with UX and Engineering to develop a deep understanding of customer’s pain-points to build solutions that meet their needs. Product Managers are accountable for outcomes and are empowered to do the right thing for our customers and business in alignment with our overall vision and strategy.

We are looking for a Product Manager with a proven ability to solve important customer problems in ways that propel business growth.
What You’ll Do
Use a solid understanding of PM practices to identify product opportunities by deeply understanding customer segments through qualitative and quantitative research.
Define the vision, strategy and prioritization of AffiniPay initiatives that aligns with strategic priorities and have business impact.
Influence and communicate with key stakeholders and leaders within AffiniPay on the value, priority, and results of initiatives.
Lead 1-2 mission-driven team with a problem-focused and iterative roadmap and backlog so your teams achieve goals as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Collaborate with customers, design, research, and engineering to craft elegant solutions to customer and business problems.
Partners with Product Marketing and influences go-to-market strategies, partnering with sales, onboarding, marketing, and support teams to bring new features and products to market
Proactively partner with analytics to identify and build measurements to track the success and impact of products/features.
Become an expert in product functionality for your product.

You have 2-5 years of taking payments and/or SaaS products to market using agile, user-centered design and lean customer discovery methodologies.
Experience collaboratively building technology products with UX designers and Engineers.
Ability to understand market trends and customers needs to design and prioritize products and features that solve customer problems.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
