Product Lead - New Product
🌎 About the Role
We’re launching a new security analytics product this year, and you could be the Product Manager to lead the charge. You’ll be at the heart of our new Intelligence product, driving its development from the ground up. If you thrive in high-paced environments, have startup experience, and are excited about working on 0-1 products, this is your chance to shape something innovative and impactful. You'll report to the Head of Product and lead a dedicated cross-functional teams to design, build, and deliver a product that delivers undeniable value to our customers.
✨ Your Responsibilities
Product Strategy: Define and drive the vision and strategy for the new Intelligence product, focused on security analytics and actionable insights. Ensure the product evolves to meet the needs of high-stakes security buyers while remaining flexible to customer feedback and insights.
Product Development: Own the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring rapid iterations that meet customer needs and differentiate Lumos in the market. Work closely with engineering and design to ship features quickly and efficiently.
User Engagement: Leverage qualitative research and data analytics to refine the product’s value proposition, ensuring it resonates with target users. Help customers adopt the product quickly, driving engagement and loyalty.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to create effective product launches, sales enablement materials, and customer success strategies. Act as the voice of the customer in product development.
Team Leadership: Motivate and guide a fast-paced, agile team, ensuring that every team member is aligned and focused on shipping high-quality features quickly. Encourage innovation, feedback, and ownership to create a product-driven culture.
Continuous Improvement: Actively monitor product performance and usage, gathering feedback from customers and teams to inform product iterations. Ensure that the product is always evolving to stay ahead of the competition.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in startups or fast-growing companies. Experience working on 0-1 SaaS products.
Startup Mentality: Worked in high-velocity environments and have a proven ability to take a product from inception to launch.
Product Leadership: You led a product and had to work effectively with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver impactful product solutions.
💰Pay Range
$145,000 - $230,000. Note that this range is a good faith estimate of likely pay for this role; upon hire, the pay may differ due to skill and/or level of experience.
