About The Role
Do you have a knack for finding the perfect balance between productivity and problem-solving? Do you find yourself naturally analyzing data and going above and beyond to research answers to everyday problems? Do you feel excitement at the thought of plugging away in Excel spreadsheets? If you easily answered “yes” to all three, then we’re looking for you to join The N2 Company as our new Product Inventory Specialist!
This is a fully remote position. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video calls for your convenience.
The Role in Action
Review and research new and existing inventory to support company growth.
Be responsible for data pertaining to our franchised publications.
Execute the process of ordering mailing lists as needed.
Assist with N2’s recruitment marketing efforts.
Support sales leadership in product territory definitions.
Track incoming departmental emails, research trainee areas, and provide the necessary information needed for internal departments to set our new hires up for success.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who will hit the ground running to:
Be highly organized.
Have great attention to detail.
Be able to multitask.
Enjoy analyzing data and implementing new solutions.
Be comfortable with daily data entry.
Have solid familiarity with Microsoft Suite, including Excel and Word, as well as familiarity with Google Docs and Google Sheets.
