Product Evangelist
About us
We are a fast-growing team on a mission to reimagine the analytical workflow and make data accessible to all.
The Count canvas combines the power of a data notebook with the collaborative workflow of digital whiteboards. We’re often referred to as the “Figma for data” because of the way Count transforms the way data teams work and communicate with the wider business through greater transparency and trust.
We launched in September 2022 and have seen the canvas concept explode with over 28k canvases created to date and some of Europe’s best startups such as Cleo, BeautyPie, TooGoodToGo and Omnipresent join us as customers.
We’re now looking for passionate, creative people to help us shape the direction of the business and help us grow!
What you'll do
This is a role for an exceptional data practitioner who loves data and creating inspiring content to join our small but mighty team. As our first product evangelist you’ll take the lead in showing current and prospective users the best of our platform.
Your responsibilities will include:
Create Product Examples: You’ll take the lead creating beautiful example canvases and templates that showcase all the ways our customers use Count.
Feature launch campaigns: You’ll work closely with our product and marketing teams to launch and explain new features through blog posts, videos and on social media.
Demo environments: You’ll work with our sales and customer success teams, helping them build supporting materials for customers and maintaining realistic demo environments that they can use.
Tutorials and docs: You’ll help build out an amazing repository of best practice and tutorials to help our users improve their skills.
User community: You’ll be an active member of our user community, supporting users to make the most off Count and level up as data practitioners with AMA meetings, competitions or general encouragement.
We'd love to hear from you if you:
3+ years of experience creating product content
Are or have been a data analyst with excellent analytical skills with SQL (and python too as a bonus).
Bonus points having for both data and marketing skills
Have strong content skills, a knack for story-telling and a good eye for design.
Have excellent interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with people.
A natural team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering.
A high level of self-motivation and resilience and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
Our interview process will cover:
An initial conversation so you can ask any questions you have about Count and we can learn more about your experience and interests
A working session with our CEO and Chief of Staff
A final meeting with our founders & wider team
The working session and final meeting will take place either virtually or in London, depending on where you're based.
During the first two months, you can expect to undergo a comprehensive training program to familiarize yourself with the Count platform, how we manage and build our product, and meet some of our customers.
Life at Count
Count is a hybrid working company. Most of our team is based in the UK and we use our office in London as base to meet and collaborate regularly. However we believe great work can happen anywhere and we’re happy to consider exceptional candidates from anywhere in Europe, South America or eastern United States (+/- 6 hours of London).
Our work is important to us, and we know we work best when we actively maintain a good work-life balance. We're backed by some of Europe's best investors allowing us to offer a competitive employment package. Some of the benefits of working at Count include:
Competitive salary, pension and share options
