The company has been profitable since 2018 and is now seeing overall 100%+ YoY revenue growth. There are few, if any, pure consumer app companies in existence that are scaling at our pace.
The marketing side of Welltech is a well-oiled machine that generates millions of installs per month and is led by the industry’s top growth and marketing talents. We have a proven ability to acquire users and monetize, world-wide, we now must increase LTV through better retention earned through the delivery of exceptional user experiences across all of our apps.
Our first order objective on this front is to hire a truly world-class product leadership team and empower them to imagine and build a sector redefining experience across all of our apps.
What We're Looking For
How would you like to be the absolute product manager of an app that is early on its growth curve yet already generates >€100MM (ARR) with 100% YoY growth? How would you like to innovate within one of the world’s largest categories that still remained unclaimed? Do you like waking up in the morning knowing that today you can make millions of people feel better? You’ll have total cross-functional authority to innovate the user experience in service of retention and LTV.
If that sounds like it could be the job of your dreams, keep reading. We’re looking for a Director of Product, to be based in Poland, Spain or Cyprus.
Reporting to the CPO, You will be responsible for the product development of critical shared products that span from user identification, authentication and profile, customer success excellence and growing other capabilities that will enable fast experimentation and innovation across all Welltech’s user segments eg, Personalisation, Video experience, Wearables..
You will be responsible for both large step-change product innovation and continued, high-velocity incremental feature development, helping to deliver value to our users.

Responsibilities
You are the directly-responsible-person for the achievement of the strategic objective defined for your product portfolio.
You are on a mission to build and operate a winning product portfolio that will accelerate Welltech’s ability to experiment fast across all our user segments.
Champion a user-centric approach in everything we do
Develop and execute a clear product vision for the Ecosystem, aligning with company goals. Prioritize roadmaps and drive the development of standardized core capabilities.
Oversee the product planning process, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, define requirements, and establish a product line roadmap that encompasses the entire product development lifecycle.
Lead and inspire a team of product managers, coordinating their activities to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and fostering collaboration with engineering, product design, marketing, and other departments.
Lead and mentor product managers and cross-functional teams. Foster collaboration and ensure seamless integration with core product teams.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Product Director or Senior Product Manager, leading complex product initiatives.
Strong understanding of product management principles and agile methodologies.
Strong strategic thinking skills and a solid understanding of business dynamics to align product initiatives with overall business objectives
Ability to foster a culture of experimentation within the product organization, empowering teams to test hypotheses and learn quickly
Experience building and scaling platform products and services
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of data privacy requirements
