Product Designer - Monetization
We’re looking for a seasoned Product Designer to join the Monetization team and take on some of the company’s most impactful design challenges. This unique role spans two of the three groups within Monetization, requiring someone who can navigate complex systems, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive high-quality design across a range of business-critical surfaces. From refining our billing and invoicing experiences to shaping the future of Figma’s monetization strategy, this designer will have the opportunity to influence how we grow and scale while ensuring our user experience meets Figma’s high craft bar.
This role requires a designer who is both highly strategic and deeply detail-oriented. You should be comfortable working in technically complex domains, thinking systematically, and adapting to new insights or evolving requirements. We’re looking for someone who can partner with other designers while owning and driving larger strategic initiatives. Strong storytelling, collaboration, and visual design skills are key, as this role involves working closely with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into thoughtful, user-centered solutions. If you're excited about crafting elegant solutions to complex monetization challenges, we’d love to hear from you!
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

Design and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that balance business needs with exceptional user experience
Own and ship high-quality product improvements
Play a key role in driving business success while advocating for user needs
We’d love to hear from you if you:
Have deep experience (5+years) designing intuitive, high-quality UX and UI for complex systems
Can independently explore and develop solutions from concept to execution
Excel at simplifying complex workflows and designing scalable, system-oriented experiences
Have successfully led design efforts that span multiple teams and stakeholders
Are highly skilled in visual and interaction design, with a strong attention to detail and craft
Bonus points if you:
Have experience with data visualization and designing for dashboards or analytics
Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping open-ended challenges into clear goals
Bring a generative mindset and thrive on creative problem-solving
Have strong collaboration models for partnering with other designers to elevate the collective work
