Product Capability Owner
Anywhere365 is seeking a Product Capability Owner to oversee the development and delivery of key capabilities across multiple products. This role involves guiding capability teams to ensure product alignment, consistent user experiences, and the reuse of code and design. The Product Capability Owner will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to drive the convergence of related products, fostering innovation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive the delivery of specific capabilities across multiple products, ensuring alignment with business goals and product strategies;
Work closely with product managers to align functionality and user experience across various products, ensuring consistency and shared direction;
Promote the reuse of code, design components, and technical frameworks across products to increase efficiency and foster innovation;
Engage with key stakeholders, including engineers, designers, product capability owners, and business leaders, to define and prioritize capabilities;
Support the long-term goal of converging related products by guiding the development of shared functionalities that enhance the overall user experience;
Continuously improve capability team processes, identifying and implementing best practices to maximize team efficiency and output;
Continuously track the performance of implemented capabilities, using data-driven insights to iterate and improve functionality across products.

At least 8 years of experience within product management at a SaaS environment;
Solid understanding of software development processes and technologies, particularly in cloud-based SaaS platforms like Microsoft Teams;
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and resources effectively;
Ability to develop and execute strategies that align with the broader business goals and customer needs;
Ability to use data and analytics to guide decision-making and track the performance of capability teams;
A degree within information technology or similar.
