Tasks and Responsibilities
You’ll jump-start your career with us by taking ownership of these key responsibilities:
Scope, implement and document technical projects with the Product Manager or Product Owner
Analyze data and maintain a pulse on customer feedback to inform project decisions
Prepare product demos and visualize data reports for stakeholders
Coordinate with engineering and cross-functional teams to align on product development
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Product Analyst
Intermediate knowledge of SQL and Data Visualization
Great communication skills: Is fluent in English and comfortable talking to executives and corporate leaders
Technical background: Has fundamental programming knowledge and can identify potential causes of issues when they pop up
Takes initiative: Has a sense of urgency and performs necessary tasks without needing to be prompted
Responsible risk-taker: Willing to take calculated risks, create informed decisions, and take accountability for subsequent results
Excellent command of the English Language (written & spoken)
Detail-oriented – pays attention, especially to the minor details of tasks
Embrace ambiguity – when you don't know how to do something, you ask Google.
Low ego – if you don't know the answer, you ask questions. You aren't afraid of anybody knowing what you don't know.
Honest – even when the truth isn't great, you speak it. If you had an off day, or your manager is wrong, you say so.
Job Details
Location: Remote
Status: Full-time, at least 40 hours per week
Schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Standard Time
Rate: Starting from $2,000 per month
Setup: Contract-to-hire, after a paid trial period (2-weeks max)
