Twilio is growing rapidly and is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Principal Product Manager to join our Trust Hub product team in Onboarding and Compliance. Trust Hub is Twilio’s KYC Platform (Know Your Customer), and it is the gateway to accessing all of Twilio’s communication APIs. In this role, you will own various Trust Hub products end to end where you will aim to create streamlined and lovable registration experiences while also maintaining best in class KYC standards.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Develop, communicate, generate excitement for and obtain buy-in of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive planning, design, development, and launch of products that execute on the vision
Deeply understand customer needs and collaborate with engineering and UX to translate into product requirements and use stories
Define key metrics to evaluate product performance, constantly analyzing data to inform product decisions and measure success
Manage relationships and expectations with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Mentor junior PMs on product management best practices and support their professional development
Conduct regular data-driven business reviews that analyze product execution and revenue/market accomplishments

Required:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management in SaaS, IaaS or PaaS
Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving product strategies
Command of analytical thinking skills with the ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to make product decisions, get executive buy-in, and drive towards measurable outcomes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels and present effectively to internal and external stakeholders
Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding and the ability to dive deep while also keeping perspective on the big picture goals
Initiative, ownership, and accountability to decode vague priorities, manage conflicting inputs, and drive initiatives forward against ambiguous and complex challenges
Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Desired:
Experience building products/services related to APIs, developer experience
Experience working with telecommunications or other regulated ecosystems
Location
This role will be remote but is not eligible to be hired in San Francisco, CA, Oakland, CA, San Jose, CA, or the surrounding areas.
Travel

Based in Colorado & Washington DC: $164,480 - $205,600.
Based in New York, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $174,160 - $217,700.
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, California: $193,520-$241,900.
This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan. All roles are eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
