Principal Architect - PAM Enablement

The Principal Architect in PAM Enablement will advocate and assist and train Saviynt Partners in implementing PAM product line of the Saviynt's Identity Cloud platform. They will also focus on training new hires at Saviynt under the Saviynt University Program..
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Conduct PAM Office Hours for Partners driving successful PAM implementations
Deliver a defined training curriculum to worldwide Saviynt Partners, Customers, and Internal employees
Deliver remote and classroom-based training
Work closely with the Product Management team and other cross functional groups to build quality training courses
Collect and analyze the audience needs to understand the level of training that needs to be built
Collaborate with the training leadership team to plan, build and update the training curriculum and Certification exams
Address and Guide Partner questions in Forums
Provide regular feedback to the leadership team on how to improve the training courses, certifications, and digital content
WHAT YOU BRING
6+ years of experience in the education/training industry teaching technical content to different audience types
2+ years of Training experience in one of the PAM products (Cyberark, BeyondTrust, Delinea, etc.)
Strong technical and Implementation knowledge on one of the PAM products (Cyberark, BeyondTrust, Delinea, etc.)
Strong working knowledge on applications like AD and basic user administration tasks in different operating systems
Bachelor’s degree or higher (Development/Computer Science/Electronics is preferred)
Passion to share knowledge with learners and within the Team
Good knowledge on one of the public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure and GCP)
Strong technical aptitude and ability to comprehend complex technical topics and present it to the learners in a manner that is easy to understand
Ability to effectively convey ideas both verbally and in written form, work independently, and prioritize job responsibilities
Ability to spot challenges/risks ahead of time and reprioritize deliverables as and when needed
Ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and influence across boundaries
Willingness to travel up to 10%
Ability to learn Saviynt Products quickly and at a granular level
Good to have - 2-3 years of experience in developing technical training content proving the ability to create engaging and creative training material using the latest technologies
$150,000 - $170,000 a year

At Saviynt, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and final compensation decisions are dependent on many factors including, but are not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other relevant business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $150,000 - $170,000 annually.
You may also be eligible to participate in a Saviynt discretionary bonus plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter
Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to):
> Data Classification, Retention & Handling Policy
> Incident Response Policy/Procedures
> Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures
> Mobile Device Policy
> Account Management Policy
> Access Control Policy
> Personnel Security Policy
> Privacy Policy
