Pharmacy Technician I, Customer Service Representative
Location: US - REMOTE
Hours: Assigned shifts vary from 7AM-8PM CT. Training hours 8AM-430PM CT
Duration: Temporary 6-12 month
$19-21.70/hour
Position Summary:
This position takes in-coming calls from members, providers, providing professional phone assistance to all callers through the criteria based prior authorization process. Maintains complete, timely and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials, and transfers all clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist.

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum (1) year experience required in a customer service position with high volume call center experience; preferably in healthcare, social services, or a similar service position.
- The Pharmacy Technician certification is preferred but not required at a State or National level.
Education: Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required. The Pharmacy Technician certification is preferred but not required at a State or National level.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $18-21.75 hour . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. #INDHRS
