Role Overview :
We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist with a passion for HR systems and processes to join our People team. In this role, you’ll report to our People Operations Manager and play a key part in driving operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. From onboarding and global HR processes to system optimization, your expertise will ensure a seamless experience for our globally distributed team.
What you’ll be doing:
Act as the go-to expert for HiBob, optimizing workflows and automating HR processes.
Manage employee data and HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Prepare contract related paperwork efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy (Contracts, Amendments, Templates, etc.).
Streamline onboarding processes, ensuring consistency and excellence for new hires globally.
Collaborate with our PEO provider to manage employee lifecycle events and ensure compliance across regions.
Ensure our people operations documentation, policies, and announcements on Confluence are clear, accessible, and always up to date.
Use analytics to provide actionable insights and improve HR strategies.
What you bring to the table:
At least 3 years of experience in HR Operations, with a focus on HRIS systems (deep HiBob expertise required).
A structured, meticulous approach to managing processes and solving problems.
Basic AI literacy and enthusiasm for leveraging technology to improve workflows.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external providers.
A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt and innovate in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English (German is a plus but not essential).
