People Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator who will be responsible for system maintenance, ongoing administrative work, auditing data integrity and supporting our People Operations processes. You will be an integral part of the People Operations team, working with all members to provide support on a wide variety of projects and initiatives. The right person for this position will be someone who has a high attention to detail, is excited by a dynamic and broad role that will touch on all aspects of people's journey at StackAdapt.

What you'll be doing:
Handle sensitive employee data with the highest degree of confidentiality and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all updates and employee records.
Maintain and update records in the HRIS, including employee records, departmental updates and system field changes to ensure accurate, up-to-date, and consistent data.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the People Operations team, including preparing key documentation and assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding tasks.
Take ownership of high-volume administrative tasks, conducting audits to ensure system accuracy and data integrity.
Work collaboratively with the People team and other departments to ensure seamless support across the organization..
Assist with the preparation of ad-hoc reporting, data analysis, and tracking key HR metrics, ensuring records and documentation are compliant with both internal processes and external regulations.
Serve as a first point of contact for new hires, supporting them before and during onboarding by sending welcome emails, addressing ad-hoc questions, and ensuring HRIS updates
Support employment verification processes, ensuring timely follow-ups as needed.
Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency by suggesting process improvements, streamlining workflows or automating repetitive tasks, contributing to the continuous optimization of the People Operations function.
What you’ll bring to the table:
Excellent organizational, prioritization and project coordination abilities, with keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with new hires and internal teams.
Comfortable using various software applications and tools, including Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and basic experience with HRIS is a plus.
Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude, eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
No prior experience required, though any internships or part-time roles in administrative or HR functions are pros.
A genuine interest in pursuing a career in People Operations.
