A quick run-down of the job
The People & Operations Associate will play a pivotal role within the Operations team - dedicated to attracting and retaining top-tier talent to support the growth of our organisation. As a People & Operations Associate, you will be responsible for internal recruitment as well as people operations. You will own sourcing, interviewing and securing candidates as well as employee experience, onboarding and offboarding. Your role will have a strong collaboration with internal teams to maintain and improve the experience for both candidates and employees as part of our company’s goals.
Please note: You must be located in the EMEA region. Your application will not be considered if you are outside of this region.
What you’ll do
Support and provide guidance for variety of HR-related requests and processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle in accordance with existing process documentation and HR policies
Assure accuracy/completeness of employee data and own our HRIS
Review, update and maintain HR services documentations and processes with a focus on continued improvement
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Schedule, conduct and document interviews to ensure that the candidate screening process is followed effectively
Manage all vacancies and candidates within the agreed process and timescales
Support other members of the team as required
What makes a good candidate
Must be located in the EMEA region
Relevant experience in human resources/people operations
Proactivity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Experience with ATS (ideally Ashby) and HRIS (ideally Bob)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
A clear sense of ownership, responsibility and accountability for tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction within the team and external stakeholders
A high level of discretion and confidentiality to handle confidential data
Willingness to quickly and successfully embrace and adapt change
Willingness to learn and grow within the role
Experience in recruitment, international HR, Payroll, Global Mobility, or a fast-paced startup environment is a plus
Remote working experience is a plus
An understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency concepts is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus
