About the job
This position is needed to support delivery of People priorities. You will be an integral part of the People Operations team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Generalists and partnering closely with international and functional People Ops, HRBPs and with COEs across the People team.
Twilio is looking for a People Generalist who lives the Twilio Magic and has a demonstrated track record of providing advice and assistance with HR queries in a wide variety of areas including benefits & compensation, offboarding, global mobility and employee relations.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Partner with the HRBP team to support program roll-outs and on-going process execution
Lead Office Hours for new program rollouts or process changes to enable engagement and understanding
Help to execute business led initiatives (re-orgs, job role and level assessments, etc)
Work within the ServiceNow ticketing system to address more complex direct manager and employee requests
Partner cross functionally with key stakeholders: Payroll, IT, Compliance, Recruiting, Compensation, etc. to ensure communications, program, and process alignment
Oversee confidential employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews, and providing exit survey analysis
Prepare HR reports, metrics and presentations, including headcount, turnover, and other HR-related analytics.
Assist the employee relations team with performance management cases, upon request and with proper training
Maintain confidentiality of core HR data and projects
Qualifications

Required:
3+ years experience in an HR role partnering with corporate employees and managers
You are a decisive problem solver with a 'get it done' attitude who will thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
Strong ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and exercise judgment with sensitive and confidential issues
Strong data analysis skills and ability to share recommendations with stakeholders
Demonstrates employee focus and managing proactive communication to ensure optimum HR support
Keen to continue learning and developing their skill set, having a growth mindset
Strong ability to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
Desired:
Proficiency with HR systems, such as Workday and ServiceNow
Location
This role will be Remote - Columbia.
Travel
