People Data Analyst, Talent Acquisition
We are in search of a Talent Acquisition Data Analyst who brings extensive expertise and embodies the leadership qualities necessary to guide and mentor our team as we scale our People Analytics function. This role is pivotal in helping shape the strategic direction of our talent analytics by providing insights that influence long-term decisions. This Figmate will be a self-starter, exemplary in partnering with stakeholders, and adept in guiding leaders and team members through complex analytical processes.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports for our talent analytics organization.
Extract, validate, manage and define data from various sources (ex. Greenhouse) in our People Analytics tool.
Provide critical data insights for our annual Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) and participate in defining audit cadences for SOX and OFCCP compliance, in collaboration with the Talent Enablement team.
Analyze Talent Acquisition data to identify trends, forecast future needs, and support recruiting strategies.
Collaborate with leaders to understand data requirements and deliver standardized reports and dashboards that aid in decision-making.
Establish and promote a culture of storytelling with data within the Talent department, crafting narratives that support strategic decision-making.
Define and implement service level agreements (SLAs) and workflows for People Analytics to enhance collaboration, clarity, and efficiency with stakeholders.
Drive the democratization of data and adoption across the Talent function, ensuring all team members have access to necessary analytics and training resources to perform their roles effectively.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
5+ years of experience in a Talent Analytics (or equivalent) Data Analyst role
Proficiency in SQL with proven experience in manipulation and analysis
Extensive Talent Analytics domain knowledge with an understanding of the front-end transactions and workflows users conduct in systems such as an ATS or CRM
Experience working with Greenhouse Analytics and the Greenhouse BI Connector
Advanced proficiency in BI tools w/emphasis on People-specific BI tools (ex. Visier, OneModel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience in Python or R for advanced data analytics.
Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively presenting complex data to non-technical audiences of all levels, including executives.
Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
