We are looking for a People Business Partner, to serve as a strategic partner for our European teams, predominantly based in Poland. This role will help align business objectives with people strategies, including a focus on developing leaders and teams, driving organizational effectiveness, engaging our employees, fostering an inclusive culture, and prioritizing the highest impact solutions.
What You'll Do
Provide partnership and support in the areas of organizational design, organizational development including succession strategy, talent development and employee engagement
Identify and address critical organizational and people issues, and remove barriers impeding the success of the business
Use data to help drive People strategies and initiatives for the region and teams
Identify and develop key talent and ensure they are provided with experiences that enable development and retention
Build performance management capabilities by coaching leaders to effectively address performance issues and deliver effective feedback
Align with the business leaders and broader HRBP team to deliver key initiatives & special projects – Contribute to company-wide programs that drive employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and continuous process improvement to the business, including Engagement Survey, Bi-annual performance review cycle
Your background
At least 5 years of HR Business Partner experience, partnering directly with senior leaders within the engineering ecosystem with a strong focus on EMEA (specifically Poland)
BA or equivalent degree
Ability to establish relationships and build trust across all levels of the organization
Strong leadership and influencing skills, and ability lead change management initiatives
Strong understanding of EMEA employment law specifically in Poland and Ireland
Proven track record demonstrating agility in an ever changing and growing business context
Willingness to learn, grow and tackle expanded scope as business needs evolve
Remain resilient within an ambiguous and fast paced environment
Ability to work both tactically and strategically to get business needs met
Attention to detail and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities
Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills, and skilled in use of Google Suite - Docs, Sheets and slides
