This role is based remotely, but if you live within a 50-mile radius of Atlanta, Austin, Detroit, Warren, Pontiac, Milford or Mountain View, you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum.
People Analytics CoE is looking for a People Analytics Solution Leader to lead our technical HR data foundation and enable analytics products and platforms. In this role, you will lead the suite of People Analytics solutions and data analytics technology that will be used to inform strategic talent decisions, improve organization effectiveness, drive positive employee experience, and accelerate access to critical business insights. Your strong analytics technical expertise (data engineering, data science, and/or data visualizations) and demonstrated knowledge of different areas of HR (data, analytics, and processes), will help advance our analytics capabilities and enable data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement People Analytics Solutions strategy & roadmap that enhances our data engineering, self-service, AI/ML, data automation and data visualizations capabilities
Build the best-in-class data environment and technology stack for the People Analytics teams (requirements, prioritization, implementation, technology)
Lead the implementation of new analytics solutions (new analytics platforms, POC dashboards, AI models etc.) including UX training and enhancement development
Develop enhanced dashboard data sharing and security model governance framework in partnership with HROS.
Define prioritization criteria and intake process for projects and requests managed by the team
Advance the AI/ML capabilities by leveraging existing use-cases and use advanced modeling techniques to drive process improvements, improve organizational effectiveness and enhance candidate and employee experience
Build partnership and work closely with HROS and IT teams and vendors to deliver the best-in-class analytics tools and solutions that support our strategic goals
Design, implement, and maintain data foundation governance policies, standards and solutions in support of data governance initiatives (in partnership with key stakeholders)
Additional Job Description
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in at least two of the following areas: data engineering, data architecture, data analytics, data science, data warehouse and BI applications management, reporting & visualizations
5+ years of experience leading data transformation and implementing data strategy in the People Analytics/HR domain
3+ years of experience successfully leading direct and cross-functional teams
Very good understanding of HR data and HR employee lifecycle processes (talent acquisition, talent development, workforce planning, DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), engagement, employee listening, learning and development, external benchmarking etc.)
Very good knowledge of People Analytics technology stack including cloud data infrastructure
Strong experience using SQL, R, Python for data analysis and data visualization tools (Power BI is a plus)
Experience building and implementing persona-based HR data governance and data sharing framework, policies and standards
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements associated with data management
Very strong data analytics skills and ability to leverage multiple internal and external data sources to enable data-driven insights and inform strategic talent decisions
Experience incorporating external data sources into internal datasets
Ability to break down barriers and quickly achieve high impact progress within the organization
Degree with quantitative focus (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial and Organizational Psychology) and/or degree in Human Resources is a plus
Highly data-driven, consultative, passionate about data storytelling, a great communicator who can use data and analytics technology to solve business problems and influence executive stakeholders
Compensation:
The expected base compensation for this role is $157,800 - $241,800 USD Annually.
Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
