Payroll Coordinator
The Job
The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and processing 5CA country payrolls. This position requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance, and effective communication skills. As a functional specialist, Payroll Coordinator will hold responsibility and be the main point of contact for country payrolls.
Days off: Saturday and Sunday.
Responsibilities
Prepare and process payroll employees across multiple countries in the APAC region, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws and regulations.
Maintain and update payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports and summaries.
Address and resolve any payroll-related issues or discrepancies.
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll and other related processes.
Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
Assist with payroll audits and provide necessary documentation.
About you
Located in Malaysia or the Philippines.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
Strong understanding of payroll principles, laws, and regulations in the APAC region.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fluency in English.
Prepared to work late shifts (Approximately between 2 PM and 10 PM locally depending on European daylight savings).
Experience working in a multinational company (preferred).
Certification in payroll management or related field (preferred).
