PAM Implementation Engineer

GuidePoint Security is hiring a PAM Engineer to join our implementation team on a full-time basis.  This is a fully remote role where we are looking for relevant implementation experience with CyberArk, Delinea, or BeyondTrust. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

The PAM Engineer is responsible for maintaining the application layer of the product suites. Activities will typically include: 

• Providing an overview of Privileged Access Management solution capabilities

• Administrating/Implementing PAM solutions in client environments

• Assessing and troubleshooting PAM solution installations

• Assisting in the daily operations of PAM solutions

• Execution of project tasks during engagement activities

• Execution of daily tasks, support tickets, and provisioning tasks as assigned or routed via the ticketing system 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Relevant implementation experience with PAM solutions like CyberArk, Delinea, or BeyondTrust in an operational or consulting capacity

• Knowledge in one or more of the following security technologies: Privileged Access Management, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP, Vulnerability Management, Configuration Management,  Endpoint, SIEM, and general networking background

• Proficiency in currently supported versions of operating systems including Windows Server, Windows Workstation, RHEL, CentOS and Ubuntu Linux

• Proficiency in monitoring and defending attacks utilizing security technologies, including, privileged access events, advanced anti-malware solutions, network forensics, and visibility solutions

• Proven organizational skills with the ability to develop a detailed work plan to ensure project success

• Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams to resolve issues

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong requirements elicitation and conflict resolution skills

• Ability to self-direct and work independently

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple priorities

• Minimal out-of-town travel may be required to client locations

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years relevant experience implementing CyberArk, Delinea, or BeyondTrust security solutions in a professional services capacity

• B.S. degree in computer science, management information systems, or equivalent experience 

• Relevant vendor certifications
