PAM Implementation Engineer
GuidePoint Security is hiring a PAM Engineer to join our implementation team on a full-time basis. This is a fully remote role where we are looking for relevant implementation experience with CyberArk, Delinea, or BeyondTrust.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The PAM Engineer is responsible for maintaining the application layer of the product suites. Activities will typically include:
Providing an overview of Privileged Access Management solution capabilities
Administrating/Implementing PAM solutions in client environments
Assessing and troubleshooting PAM solution installations
Assisting in the daily operations of PAM solutions
Execution of project tasks during engagement activities
Execution of daily tasks, support tickets, and provisioning tasks as assigned or routed via the ticketing system
Minimum Qualifications:
Relevant implementation experience with PAM solutions like CyberArk, Delinea, or BeyondTrust in an operational or consulting capacity
Knowledge in one or more of the following security technologies: Privileged Access Management, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP, Vulnerability Management, Configuration Management, Endpoint, SIEM, and general networking background
Proficiency in currently supported versions of operating systems including Windows Server, Windows Workstation, RHEL, CentOS and Ubuntu Linux
Proficiency in monitoring and defending attacks utilizing security technologies, including, privileged access events, advanced anti-malware solutions, network forensics, and visibility solutions
Proven organizational skills with the ability to develop a detailed work plan to ensure project success
Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams to resolve issues
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong requirements elicitation and conflict resolution skills
Ability to self-direct and work independently
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple priorities
Minimal out-of-town travel may be required to client locations
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years relevant experience implementing CyberArk, Delinea, or BeyondTrust security solutions in a professional services capacity
B.S. degree in computer science, management information systems, or equivalent experience
