About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to drive efficiency and operational excellence in our Loss Prevention Team during this high-growth phase. In this crucial role, you'll oversee daily loss prevention operations, optimize workflows, and ensure top-tier service delivery. You'll have the opportunity to refine operational processes, implement performance metrics, and lead a team dedicated to protecting retail assets.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations within the Loss Prevention Team, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance workflow efficiency and team productivity.
Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to improve performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with business objectives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
Address operational challenges and proactively identify solutions to improve service delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in loss prevention, security, or retail industries.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
Proficiency in operations management software, project management tools, and Google Suite.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Availability to work during US business hours.
