Operational Excellence - Working Student
About the Role
Are you ready to jumpstart your career in operations and make an impact in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization? We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and structured Operations Intern to join our team, not necessarily with a traditional background in operations. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in People Operations and Product Operations, working on diverse tasks that blend research, process improvement, and implementation to drive company strategy.
❗️ This is a part-time temporary role, with an initial duration of 6 months.
You will support with:
Your role is built upon the principles of Operational Excellence, emphasizing efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement to drive the company toward achieving its mission.
You will support the Operations Team with tasks in different areas, which include:
Client Engagement Operations
Support during the full client lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, with a focus on creating seamless, efficient, and value-driven processes.
Facilitate onboarding by coordinating kick-off activities, setting up systems, and equipping teams to deliver exceptional service from day one.
Facilitate offboarding by ensuring excellent handovers, thorough documentation, and process refinements that improve clarity and efficiency.
Quality Monitoring
Monitor and track engagement health metrics to ensure alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and support teams in maintaining high service standards.
Recruitment Support
Optimize recruitment workflows by managing candidate pipelines, scheduling interviews, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Collaborate on administrative and process improvements that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
People Operations Projects
Contribute to key People Operations initiatives by drafting materials, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of initiatives.
Support with creating scalable and sustainable processes that enhance organizational efficiency and support a thriving workplace.
Research & Policy Development
Conduct research to support ongoing projects in both People and Mission Operations.
Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures that reflect best practices and reinforce Operational Excellence.
About You
You are:
Excited to build a career in Operations, bringing at least 1 year of professional experience and practical know-how.
Curious, motivated, and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to contributing from day one.
Organized and detail-oriented, skilled at managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and maintaining structure.
Technologically savvy and like to experiment with new tools and features.
Autonomous and efficient, delivering high-impact results. You find quick wins and show signs of a fast turnaround while building our long-term strategic goals.
A clear communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills (C2 or native level).
Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in a dynamic, fully remote team environment.
Timezone: You live within +/- 2 CET, preferably in Europe.
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary: €1440/month.
Perks (Same as all team members, adjusted for time worked):
Annual Paid Time Off: 13 days + 2 company-wide holidays;
Paid Sick Leave;

Uncapped bonuses (quarterly):
We usually pay ~€25,000/quarter in bonuses to team members. These are transparently shared across our organization. (e.g., €3,000 employee referral, €1,000 client expansion, €1,000 when a client returns, etc.). To be eligible the team member must be at Product People at the end of the quarter, and not pending an exit (resignation, termination, counsel to leave).
