As the Project Manager you will be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on-time, within budget and scope. You will manage several key client projects simultaneously, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and overseeing all aspects of the projects. You will communicate with executives, the board, and internal stakeholders to keep the project aligned with the business goals. You will also coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and complete.

Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing service and communication skills, an ability to lead and direct others, is able to track resource availability and allocation, assess risk and put risk management plans into action, as well as someone who is highly organized and can report on project metrics.

Requirements:
Bachelors' degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, or Business.
At least 5+ years of experience in systems applications consulting, either internally via an IT organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider.
Strong background in project management, including experience developing work-breakdown structures and project plans, most notably in Microsoft Project or SmartSheet.
Strong understanding of data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations to NetSuite applications.
Experience leading large teams across multiple engagements and developing staff.
Excellent client management skills and the ability to work with customers to develop and manage an implementation plan.
Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodology.
Preferred qualifications:
PMP or MBA.
NetSuite implementation, upgrade, and support experience.
Experience facilitating the design and configuration of NetSuite.
Strong business skills and experience in accounting, finance or operations.
Experience with software in an ASP/SaaS environment is a plus as is any experience with financial accounting, customer management, and sales force automation software.
Knowledge of data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations to NetSuite applications.
$135,000 - $190,000 a year
