As a Managed Services NetSuite Consultant, you will lead and understand a client’s subscription terminology, gather requirements, configure, test, and walk the client through end-to-end processes and train end users. Industry experience in the software and services verticals are preferred. Responsibilities:
Participating in business processes mapping including process analysis and design, gap analysis, functional system design and specifications, system configuration, development of system tests, procedures, and documentation
Analyzing business/technical requirements and objectives, perform fit/gap analysis, and provide recommendations
Documenting all engagements including the creation of design documents, technical specifications, process documentation, specification, system deployment documents, system integration and interface documents and publish reports as necessary
Providing key decision support, monitoring issue and risks, and creating mitigation plans for clients
Managing a full life cycle NetSuite ERP implementation from a technical, functional and/or organizational change management standpoint
SRP Module Is mandatory in NetSuite implementation
Leading organizational changes and business process improvements with clients
Specification development and Driving quality, testing and delivery methodology processes to ensure successful transition and client satisfaction
Identifying and minimizing project risk, communicating effectively with team members and clients and Serve as a leader to junior consultants
Requirements
Experience with NetSuite’s Services Resource and planning module
A working knowledge of revenue and project accounting standards such as ASC606 and how they impact NetSuite
Extensive knowledge with Milestone Billing
Extensive knowledge with Charge Based Billing
Knowledge of time entry tied to project Records
Experience with Project Progress based Revenue Recognition and Sales order with Projects
Experience with work breakdown structure (nice to have)
For applicants in Canada, this position may involve travel to the United States. Therefore, said candidates must be eligible to travel to the United States for client engagements
$100,000 - $150,000 per year
The salary range provided is intended for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area who meet the minimum requirements of the position. Candidates who do not reside in the San Francisco Bay Area, do not meet the minimum requirements, or exceed the requirements are encouraged to apply and a recruiter will provide you with a range specific to your location and qualifications.
