Mid-Market Account Executive, Coursera for Campus
Job Overview:
The Enterprise Solutions team serves global organizations, including leading companies, governments, and nonprofits, who seek to upskill or retrain their workforce with the world’s best education. This team is made up of three sub-teams: Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Strategy & Operations. The teams operate globally and have members based out of our offices in Mountain View, New York, Toronto, London, Gurgaon, Singapore and Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities:
Source and close new business opportunities with Higher Education, Community Colleges and High Schools in alignment with Coursera’s high-level strategic priorities
Use in-depth knowledge of industry trends and data-driven insights to consult and engage prospective customers;
Develop and execute on sales targets, hitting (and exceeding) revenue/growth goals and sharing learning across the organization.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a revenue-closing sales role focused on new business sales at a SaaS or PaaS company or relevant education service provider
Demonstrated communication and relationship building skills
Effective presentation, organization, and time management skills
50% travel required
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience selling to educational institutions, including engagement with administration and faculty stakeholders
Designing and helping faculty build for-credit curriculum
Designing training programs focused on IT, Data, Cyber, AI and other cutting-edge technology

Compensation:
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $78,800 and $97,750. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
