We’re looking for an creative and result-oriented Marketing Sr Manager for Beauty Brands to drive the strategic vision and execution of all branding initiatives across multiple channels, including retention, acquisition, creatives, influencers, and social media, to deliver measurable impact on company results. You will not only champion brand consistency by aligning all communications with comprehensive brand guidelines but also act as a critical liaison between key functions, ensuring seamless collaboration and integration to amplify the success of marketing campaigns.
Your role involves crafting and implementing large-scale, cross-channel campaigns that elevate brand presence, fuel growth, and engage target audiences effectively. Beyond managing social media and influencer strategies, you will be a strategic partner to acquisition and retention teams, leveraging insights to create cohesive campaigns that drive both customer acquisition and loyalty.
Expected outcomes & responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Execution
Operational Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Trafilea’s operational framework, maintaining daily task tracking in Asana for all owned projects. Regular Asana updates and clear documentation are critical for process transparency and alignment with broader company goals.
External Communication Strategy: Develop and enforce an external communication strategy that is approved by key stakeholders, ensuring all communication channels deliver consistent messaging.
Brand Guideline Integrity: Ensure that all brand books, playbooks, and communication materials are meticulously maintained and fully aligned with updated brand guidelines.
Campaign Development & Management: Lead the creative direction and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring flawless execution across channels and alignment with business goals.
Digital Marketing Leadership: Oversee the digital marketing efforts, ensuring assets are launched on time and are strategically aligned with promotion schedules and performance objectives.
Performance Evaluation & Reporting: Establish systems to track and report on digital marketing performance consistently, providing actionable insights and recommendations to refine strategies.
Initiatives & Project Management
Research & Reporting: Lead comprehensive research initiatives to support brand growth and performance tracking, ensuring data-driven insights guide all decisions.
Budget Oversight: Monitor and manage campaign budgets meticulously, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and strategic priorities.
Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, ensuring the brands remain innovative and relevant in the marketplace.
Foundation Strategy & Long-Term Planning
Brand Positioning & Messaging: Establish and continuously refine the foundational elements of the brand, including positioning, target personas, and the most impactful communication channels.
Strategic Campaign Leadership: Drive the strategic vision for long-term brand development, identifying key opportunities for growth and positioning in the market.
Role-related competencies & Requirements
7+ years of experience in Brand Management or Marketing Management positions, with a proven track record in leading brand strategy, particularly in social media, influencer marketing, and cross-functional campaign management in Beauty-related companies.
Detail-Oriented Leadership: Demonstrated ability to meticulously manage complex projects while ensuring alignment with operational frameworks, including consistent use of Asana for project tracking and reporting.
Creative and Analytical Balance: Strong passion for both creative storytelling and data-driven decision-making, ensuring brand communications are both innovative and effective.
Extensive Consumer Insights Experience: Experience in gathering, analyzing, and applying consumer data to refine brand strategies and optimize performance.
Expert in Digital Engagement Platforms: In-depth knowledge of customer engagement platforms, with an emphasis on social media, influencer strategies, and e-marketing.
Organizational Excellence: Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Superb Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: High-level communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and navigate complex challenges within cross-functional teams.
