Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a marketer with a breadth of top-of-funnel experience to run creative campaigns and uncover new growth opportunities, that will take our exciting positioning to our target audience. This is an exciting chance to create and deliver cross-channel campaigns and measure the impact, to find new high-performing tactics that can scale Pitch’s new user acquisition, bring through high-quality leads, and take Pitch to the next growth stage.
What you’ll get to do
Create and deliver cross-channel marketing campaigns that build brand awareness with our audience, drive our positioning, and generate good-fit leads.
Co-ordinate with internal and external campaign contributors, to align on objectives, messaging, and timelines, to ensure projects are successful. That could mean sourcing quotes from customers or working with the Content Marketing Manager on new video or written collateral.
Collaborate with the marketing team to reinforce and amplify Pitch’s existing high-performing marketing channels, such as organic search.
Experiment with high-potential tactics, such as creator marketing, co-marketing, and events.
Work with the Head of Marketing to set up new initiatives — such as referral programmes — or identify new experiments for the team to run.
Contribute creatively to initiatives across the entire customer lifecycle.
Who we are looking for
You have led multiple top- and mid-funnel campaigns and experiments to drive awareness, traffic, and leads.
You have cultivated a range of marketing experiences across brand, demand generation, or growth.
You have worked in companies that mix product-led and sales-assisted growth, and understand the marketing involved in delivering both new user signups and high-potential leads.
You’re used to starting things from scratch, in a startup/scaleup or agile environment.
You enjoy and excel working with external collaborators, from customers to partners.
You are both creative and data-driven, able to lead campaigns but also measure their impact.
You’re passionate about exploring new approaches, collaborating with the team on creative ideas, and discovering high-performing marketing tactics.
