The HubSpot Marketing team is looking for an experienced, dynamic data-driven Marketing Manager to manage and optimize the Free User Onboarding program. As a key member of the Self-Service Monetization team, you will collaborate with the Product and Digital Marketing teams to enhance the experience for new free users, driving success and engagement during their initial interactions with HubSpot.
This role sits on our Self-Service Monetization team, focused on enhancing the prospect experience for small business prospects - from signup to purchase. We are passionate about building a prospect journey that is delightful, self-service, and scalable. In this role, you will support our mission to scale with automation by experimenting, building, and personalizing our Free User Onboarding automation to set up new HubSpot users for success.

In this role, you’ll get to:
Develop, execute, and manage strategic email marketing plans and campaigns - from ideation to implementation
Collaborate closely with the Product team to create a seamless omnichannel experience for free users, maximizing program impact
Understand what your audiences need to be successful through user research and analysis, using that to develop impactful communications & programming
Create and execute email automation strategies, including segmentation, messaging, and operational aspects
Monitor and report on program performance to internal teams and stakeholders
Drive experimentation to optimize program effectiveness, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative approaches to enhance the free user journey
We’re looking for people who:

Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data
Have a track record of developing creative email campaign concepts and successfully delivering complex projects
Are experienced in building strong cross-functional relationships, particularly with Product teams
Are agile and experimental learners, capable of generating new ideas and adapting quickly to achieve ambitious objectives
Are skilled at crafting email marketing messaging, copy, and assets that channel a distinct brand voice
Are detail-oriented and process-driven, with a focus on identifying efficiencies and implementing streamlined campaign management practices
Have the ability to be hands-on, with comfort in driving both strategy and day-to-day execution
