BigCommerce, named a Best Place to Work in Austin, is searching for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. You will support key initiatives for the company by helping stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Support, and the Technical PMO team complete marketing campaign deliverables according to schedule, scope and budget. The ideal candidate is well-versed in anticipating, identifying, managing and communicating project risks and has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

What You Will Do
Oversee the intake, traffic management and capacity of Marketing production requests
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project intake requests, assessing project needs and assigning resources accordingly.
Collaborate with creative, marketing teams to manage workflows and prioritize tasks.
Monitor project progress and adjust schedules and resources as needed.
Ensure all team members adhere to creative briefs and project requirements.
Support production teams in the execution of assets and deliverables
Partner with business and product stakeholders in identifying, managing and communicating key project risks and leading risk management strategies
Maintain, track, report, and understand variances in the project deliverables and timeline by working closely with business stakeholders such as products, marketing campaigns, design, and operations managers.
Assist in the evaluation and implementation of project management tools and processes to enhance department efficiency.
Who You Are
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a similar role within a marketing or creative department.
Experience supporting cross-functional Marketing, Creative, and/or Design teams in a fast-paced SasS (or comparable) tech company environment
Experience with JIRA a plus
Experience working with graphic designers, art directors, copywriters, videographers, photographers, animators and creative and production teams
Experience in supporting the execution of creative deliverables such as digital ads, collateral for events, video, branding, and social media
Strong influencing skills and proven ability to get things done without formal authority
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, Asana).
Knowledge of marketing processes and the creative development lifecycle.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with creative production processes and digital asset management.
Experience working with 3rd party creative agencies
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
