Marketing Automation and CRM Specialist
The role is restricted to those physically located in Europe, while this is a remote position, we cannot consider candidates that are not based in such region. Preference will be given to candidates based in Portugal, Spain or Malta.
The Role:
As a Marketing Automation Specialist specializing in CRM communications, you'll be instrumental in driving our marketing communication programs for all Raketech products. Your primary focus will revolve around supporting products to develop and execute their CRM strategies using our marketing automation software while supporting the integration of additional platforms to enhance our outreach and engagement.
As a ‘Marketing Automation and CRM Specialist` you are expected to:
CRM Management: Support managing and optimizing CRM systems, ensuring seamless functionality, and leveraging data insights to enhance communication effectiveness.
Automation Expertise: Implement and maintain marketing automation workflows, including email campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation to drive engagement and conversions.
Integration Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support onboarding new platforms and tools into our existing marketing automation software, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of CRM communications and marketing automation efforts, providing actionable insights for continual improvement.
Training and Collaboration: Provide training and support to internal teams on the usage and best practices of the marketing automation
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
Proven experience (2-3 years) in developing and executing CRM communication strategies within a global or multi-national environment
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Braze) and CRM software.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote environment across diverse teams and cultures.
Detail-oriented with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation.
Proficiency in English is required, Swedish preferred.
Preferably experienced in working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
