The Manager of our Website Center of Excellence is a highly skilled and pivotal role that will be responsible for driving our website strategy, optimizing user experience, and maximizing our online presence to support our global marketing initiatives.
In this role, you will lead our efforts in overall website strategy and execution, technical SEO, website conversion rate optimization (CRO), and onsite e-commerce strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our website delivers an exceptional user experience while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Website Strategy and Management
Develop and execute a comprehensive website strategy aligned with business goals, collaborating with key stakeholders to effectively showcase Lumivero's solutions
Oversee content updates and user experience, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and implementing quality control measures for data integrity and security
Stay current with the latest web performance optimization techniques and best practices, continuously improving website functionality
Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver an exceptional user experience, integrating insights from various teams to enhance website performance
SEO
Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and optimize site structure, URLs, and internal linking to improve search visibility and performance.
Monitor and enhance website speed and responsiveness across devices, implementing caching strategies and asset optimization.
Work closely with web developers to ensure the technical health of the website, adhering to SEO best practices and performance optimizations.
Develop and implement a keyword strategy focused on identifying high-value keywords and aligning with search intent to drive relevant traffic.
Research search intent to ensure content aligns with user needs, creating a seamless journey from search to conversion.
Collaborate with content creators and web developers to optimize existing content and create new pages targeting priority keywords and relevant search queries.
Implement and maintain performance monitoring tools to track key metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and evaluate SEO success.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Analyze user behavior and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
Design and implement A/B tests to improve conversion rates
Develop data-driven recommendations for enhancing user experience and increasing conversions
Implement and maintain performance monitoring tools (such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and SEMRush, etc.) to track and report on key website metrics
E-commerce Strategy
Collaborate to define and execute e-commerce strategy requirements that drive online sales and revenue growth
Optimize the online purchasing process to maximize conversions and minimize cart abandonment
Implement and manage e-commerce analytics to track performance and identify improvements
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of experience in website management, SEO, and e-commerce, preferably in B2B SaaS
Strong understanding of technical SEO principles and website performance optimization
Proficiency in web analytics tools, SEO software, and performance monitoring tools
Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and e-commerce best practices
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms
Excellent project management and communication skills
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills and Experience
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Proficiency in conducting technical SEO audits and implementing recommendations
Experience with website performance optimization, mobile responsiveness, and CDN management
Understanding of e-commerce best practices and conversion funnel optimization
Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
