MANAGER, TECHNICAL SERVICES AT ACQUIA INC. IN BOSTON MA (FULL-TIME REMOTE ANYWHERE IN THE U.S.):
Will manage a team of Customer Data Platform (CDP) Implementation Consultants within our Professional Services organization responsible for delivering customer implementations on the Acquia platform. Accountable for the successful development, management, mentoring, and empowerment of a highly motivated and engaged team to build strong partnerships with internal Acquia teams and external customers and partners. Specifically, the duties of Manager, Technical Services will include the following:
Serve as Technical Program Lead on customer projects to ensure high quality delivery of complex CDP implementations and customer satisfaction;
Build, adapt, and/or manage software development plans, implementations, frameworks, methodologies, and offerings that deliver high-quality results and address change;
Develop new service offerings that support Acquia’s growth based on the collection of reports and analysis from data sources including SQL databases, Domo, and NPS scores;
Create a self-regulating organization in which the organization acts and performs as expected even when the manager is not present;
Align KPIs to Acquia strategic goals and executive leadership metrics;
Resolve issues that escalate beyond the team; and,
Represent the Professional Services organization at global and regional events.
ACTUAL MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
U.S. Master’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Quantitative Management or a related field plus 30 months of experience in a related position in professional services.
The 30 months of minimum experience must include the following, which may be obtained concurrently:
30 months of experience in complex CDP implementations.
30 months of experience developing custom SQL reports and analysis.
30 months of experience with software development and implementation best practices.
30 months of experience with Hadoop, Snowflake, Python, Spark.
6 months experience of Hadoop to Snowflake migrations.
Full-time remote anywhere in the U.S.
SALARY:
$140,000.12
