This team is an exciting opportunity to lead a new part of the Enablement team at Figma! There is a huge opportunity to create a cohesive team culture while also being connected to the wider Enablement team. The Enablement team has expanded exponentially over the last 6 months so there is a mix of tenured Figmates and new Figmates. We are looking for an experienced Enablement leader to help shape and build a ‘One Enablement’ team brand while working on helping us optimize and scale through Sales Onboarding, building out our Enablement playbooks, and developing a GTM launch program.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Lead, develop, and inspire a team towards excellence by creating scalable, data-driven processes that drive team and company goals
Optimize GTM new hire onboarding with key milestones that enhance impact in a new hire’s first 90 days, reducing ramp time
Oversee and lead strategy to optimize the usage of the Enablement and Sales tech stack across (ie CMS, LMS, and productivity tools)
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to develop collateral, presentations, and other materials that support the enablement of our team's aligned with the buyer's journey and sales stages
Define key performance indicators and metrics to assess the effectiveness of enablement initiatives
Use data and analytics to track sales performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to sales leadership
Own all content and training curriculum for Sales Kickoffs and other GTM related events
Establish/refresh and own programmatic content across recurrent and strategic initiatives, onboarding, and all sales enablement programs
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
6+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales, or customer-facing role
2+ years of direct people management experience; proven history of hiring, leading, and developing hard-working teams
The ability to define strategy, build cross-functional alignment, implement efficiently, and iterate alongside diverse stakeholders
Proven success in planning, prioritizing, and driving multiple long-term, cross-functional projects simultaneously to completion
Analytical approach with the ability apply data and metrics to drive strategy
Demonstrated understanding of sales process, methodologies and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to design and deliver effective sales training programs
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience with Command of the Message
Experience in a customer facing role
Enablement or program management certification
Design experience or experience using Figma
