Manager, Product Management - Product Foundations
We’re looking for an experienced, customer-centric product leader to drive the company forward — supporting Figma’s multi-product growth while making the user experience clear, high craft, and coherent. This group impacts how every customer feels about Figma and our adoption and retention metrics. You will tackle complex core product and platform challenges with real revenue implications and set strategies for Figma’s product experiences across web, desktop and mobile apps, impacting the way millions of people get their work done and create together every day.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Lead teams responsible for shared user experiences across the Figma product suite. These include wayfinding and navigation experiences (including the file browser), platform-wide strategy (platform coherence), notifications, comments, native experiences on desktop and mobile, our internal design system (Figma Pattern Library) and accessibility efforts.
Set vision, strategy, and goals for navigation and interoperability at Figma. Dive into details to drive hard decisions forward. Role-model boundaryless leadership and sharp PMing.
Work closely with cross-functional partners in engineering, data, and design to drive inspiring outcomes across teams within this group and across the company.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Deep user empathy and are able to understand complex product spaces.
A track record of setting strategy and executing on major user-facing initiatives in environments with scale, ambiguity, and complexity (both technical and product)
4+ years managing PMs, experience coaching a senior bench of PMs, fostering collaborative and high-performance, joyful team environments
Skill with systems thinking/systems design, UX product chops, and would describe yourself as a pace setter
Excellent cross-functional collaboration & communication
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience working on major cross-app overhauls and designs systems for a multi-product company
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
