A quick snapshot…

As the Manager, Learning Services Solutions at Conga, you'll be an integral part of our Learning Services team. This role will require you to manage customer training proposals, plans, and operational processes, ensuring our customers receive the highest satisfaction through our training services. You will also lead a team of training coordinators while driving seamless operations and strategic support to position training offerings effectively.

Why it’s a big deal…

At Conga, our success hinges on the effectiveness of our customer training programs. As a critical member of our management team, you will directly contribute to the growth and satisfaction of our customers by ensuring that their training needs are met with precision and care. Your expertise in crafting customized training solutions and managing delivery resources will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standard of customer experience.

Are you the person we’re looking for?

You might be the perfect fit if you have 2-4 years of experience selling products or services in the technical software industry and hold a degree in Business or a Technical area. Familiarity with training concepts and professional services is helpful to effectively manage and deliver training solutions. You’ll also need to be proficient in MS Office and have hands-on experience with Salesforce and Docebo as a Learning Management System (LMS). Managing direct reports is part of the role, so experience with leading teams is crucial.

A proven track record of disciplined planning skills and project management techniques is important, as you will be required to complete projects on time and ensure seamless operational processes. You should be detail-oriented, able to self-review your work, and adept at communicating effectively—whether it's through public speaking, writing, or facilitating training sessions. Your ability to work independently while managing multiple workstreams will be key to success in this role.

You should be passionate about customer success, ensuring training offerings meet their needs while being a strong team player. Additionally, you must demonstrate problem-solving skills and be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams across Conga, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partner Management.

Here’s what will give you an edge…

Experience managing customer-specific training plans and conducting training needs analyses will give you an advantage in this role. You will also excel if you are skilled in analyzing data from various training formats, such as instructor-led and self-paced training, and using that data to improve training programs.

Your ability to initiate marketing campaigns and ensure smooth operational processes, including opportunity management and revenue reconciliation, will position you for success. Additionally, experience managing operational tasks—such as opportunity management, invoicing issues, purchase orders, and expenses—will ensure seamless day-to-day functioning.

Having a proactive approach in coordinating with sales and delivery teams and other key stakeholders to meet customer needs, managing escalations, and integrating feedback from Sales and other teams will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Managing training resources and supporting the operational tracking of training purchases and consumption will also play a critical part in your responsibilities.
