The Manager of Implementation Project Managers will be responsible for leading teams and individuals that directly impact the success of Onboarding Projects. You will be expected to use your own knowledge and experience to coach the teams and help them achieve goals through one-on-ones, trainings, and team meetings. You will work with the Vice President of Onboarding to ensure the team is performing to its fullest potential.
How you'll add value:
Lead and mentor a team of Implementation Project Managers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
Establish and maintain project management best practices, methodologies, and standards across the implementation team
Oversee multiple concurrent implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for implementation processes and team performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Customer Success Managers to optimize project delivery and customer satisfaction
Provide strategic guidance on complex implementations and risk mitigation
Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Serve as an escalation point for complex technical or customer-related issues
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
3+ years of team leadership/management experience
Proven track record in implementation management with demonstrated success in project completion
Comprehensive knowledge of R365 implementation methodologies
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership abilities with a focus on teaching and coaching
Excellence in organization and time management
Demonstrated ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
PREFERRED:
PMP certification or other relevant project management certifications
Microsoft certifications or similar technical credentials
Experience in restaurant industry software implementations
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field

R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation
This position has a salary range of $115K-$125K. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
