What We're Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Manager, Fulfillment and Onboarding to oversee and optimize our fulfillment operations. The Manager, Fulfillment and Onboarding will be responsible for managing the end-to-end fulfillment process, including order processing, inventory management, shipping, and logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, logistics, and team leadership, with a proven track record of driving efficiency and delivering exceptional results.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Oversee relationships with Fulfillment partners.
Inventory management, including inventory tracking, replenishment, and cycle counting, working with Sales to develop forecasts.
Own the process for delivering service to new locations in collaboration with Sales and Loss Prevention.
Manage and optimize the end-to-end fulfillment process, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Develop and implement strategies to improve fulfillment operations, streamline processes, and reduce costs.
Manage the Onboarding team, ensuring they are adequately resourced and trained to onboard new locations.
Lead and develop a team of fulfillment associates, providing coaching, training, and support as needed.
Oversee the unreviewable locations team, own the process for resolving service disruptions, while ensuring they are staffed appropriately.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Work closely with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize shipping and delivery processes.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure fulfillment performance and identify areas for improvement.
Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and quality in fulfillment operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in fulfillment operations management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Reports to the Chief of Staff to the VP of Product
