Manager - Developer Relations Programs
An overview of this role
As our Manager, Developer Relations Programs, you will transform how developers experience GitLab by leading our Education, Open Source, and Contributors programs globally. Your work will directly impact our dual flywheel strategy — converting users into contributors who improve our product, driving results for our customers and furthering adoption across educational institutions and open source communities. This creates a powerful business advantage: as program members become GitLab advocates, they seed future enterprise adoption while enhancing our product. Reporting to leadership in Developer Relations, you will connect community-driven product improvements with revenue opportunities, establish metrics-driven program strategies, and demonstrate how community programs deliver tangible business results.
This role requires the unique ability to balance community nurturing with commercial objectives, using data to prove how your programs create both passionate contributors and enterprise growth. Your success will fuel GitLab's mission to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world, while strengthening our position as the leading DevSecOps platform that organizations trust.
