As Manager, Production & Quality at StackAdapt, your role will be the heartbeat of our creative engine, where you'll manage a portion of our talented Production team to deliver outstanding work. You'll orchestrate resources with finesse, ensuring every project is executed flawlessly, on time, and to the highest standards. As the maestro of our creative symphony, you'll streamline workflows, optimize processes, and ensure seamless communication and execution. You will be the guardian of our digital assets, ensuring accessibility and organization, while also managing our technical resources to keep our systems running efficiently.

StackAdapt is a remote-first company, we are open to candidates located anywhere in Canada for this position.
What you'll be doing:
Lead, develop, and mentor a team of creative professionals including graphic designers, motion designers, developers, and other creative roles.
Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
Effectively forecasting, allocating, and monitoring staff resources based on skills, interests, and workload to ensure all projects are completed on time, on spec, and to the highest quality.
Overseeing and proactively improving workflows for briefing, creative development, resourcing, scheduling, quality control, reviews, sign-off, and asset delivery.
Oversee and streamline communication, manage rush requests, and handle escalations for a high-volume creative team, ensuring efficient workflow and timely project completion.
Sourcing, evaluating, negotiating rates, and managing vendors to fulfill production needs or expand services.
Monitor and motivate through the impact of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
What you’ll bring to the table:
Minimum of 3 years experience in a people manager role within the creative or advertising industries, ideally specializing in digital executions or creative resourcing.
Proven track record of managing creative teams and delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team, while mentoring and developing team members’ skills.
Possess a curious and analytical mindset with proficiency in project management software and digital advertising platforms, enabling data-driven decisions to optimize production processes
Comprehensive knowledge of the programmatic and advertising industries, technologies, and processes.
Proven experience managing client and vendor relationships.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and senior management.
