About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Content Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be at the center of coordinating the seamless delivery of content across multiple teams, ensuring that every piece of content is delivered on time and meets our high standards.
You will work closely with SEO, Editorial, Engineering, Design, Legal, and Product teams to manage content operations for the Hims.com and Forhers.com websites, including our blogs, mobile apps, Google Shopping pages, paid landing pages, and more. Serve as project manager coordinating across Engineering, Marketing, and Product to create self-serve modules that work for all stakeholders and enhance our Content Management System for web production
Identify and push for consistency and uniformity across content, and surface design changes and updates that are necessary for individual pieces of content
Guide the design, development, testing and deployment of new features and enhancements to the CMS, as well as seeking feedback from internal stakeholders to surface opportunities to make our CMS more self-serve
Seek out and surface opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements in the way we produce and deliver content
Manage short- and long-term content publication, including regular, weekly content updates as well as those for new product launches
Configure A/B testing to validate content enhancements and optimizations to our websites and mobile apps
Manage weekly app content curation to drive repeat app usage
Perform audits of existing content to record and remove mentions of sunsetted products, images, brand ambassadors, claims, etc.
Assist with the management of the content architecture, and placement of content in the user experience.
Serve as the main point of contact with our content management vendors (mainly Contentful) and stay up to date on their capability improvements
You Are:
