Within the Live Learning Team, you will work with 10 colleagues (Live Learning Manager, Learning Partner Team Lead, Learning Coordinator, Learning Partners, and Learning Specialists).

Your Role

As a Learning Partner, you’ll serve as a consultant to the business, understanding its needs and providing targeted development solutions. Guided by our 5 principles - Action, Persistence, Curiosity, Courage, and Communication - you will develop work streams that start small, iterate, and improve until we see results.
Working under the leadership of the Live Learning Manager and with the direction of the Head of L&D and the Talent Business Partners for your business units, you will be:
Working closely and aligning with Managers, Team Leads, Talent Business Partners, and People Partners to understand the business needs and develop targeted and relevant learning solutions.
Using a consultative approach to assess and grasp the learning needs through observation, conversation, and powerful questions.
Conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to ensure learning interventions are aligned with business objectives.
Facilitating engaging and interactive workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing experiences to enhance learning effectiveness.
Creating opportunities for the continuous development of team members to keep them engaged and growing within Namecheap.
Working closely with the central L&D team, applying global tools and expertise to business needs where appropriate.
Collaborating with subject matter experts, leaders, and other specialists to bring immediate and relevant value to the business.
Providing coaching and mentoring sessions for team members and leaders to support their growth.
Engaging SMEs within the business to share their expertise through different learning channels, helping them organize that process effectively.
Overseeing learning resources and communications to ensure relevance and accessibility.
Coordinating the L&D communications stream for your business unit, in close collaboration with our Internal Communications team.
Overseeing scheduling, reporting, and attendance for learning programs.
Gathering data and informal feedback on learning products, services, and events to drive continuous improvement in quality and impact.
Your Professional Profile
5+ years of experience in a relevant role within a tech or IT-driven company with at least 3+ years in Learning & Development.
Strong experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and aligning learning initiatives with business needs.
Demonstrated expertise in delivering training and facilitating workshops, both in person and virtually.
Strong understanding of adult learning theory and its application in learning design and facilitation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Ukrainian.
Experience with MBTI, Strengths Finder, DISC, or other personality inventories is a plus.
Experience with team or leadership development would be an asset.
Coaching experience or certification will be an asset.
Knowledge of experiential learning as a development tool would be a valuable asset.
