As the Program Manager, Learning & Experience, you will be focused on designing and executing scalable People programs that empower employees, managers, and leaders to reach their full potential. You will play a key role in reimagining legacy programs, launching impactful new initiatives, and partnering cross-functionally to align People strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver, a collaborative partner, and a strategic thinker with a passion for driving employee growth and creating seamless, high-impact experiences.

Accelerate Employee Impact Through Onboarding: Reimagine and enhance onboarding programs to connect new hires with our culture, values, and goals from day one. Focus on providing tools and resources that enable employees to quickly make meaningful contributions and thrive in their roles.
Recognition Strategy: Design and lead an innovative employee recognition strategy that celebrates individual and team achievements, reinforces company values, and drives engagement across the organization
Develop Emerging Talent: Design, implement, and manage a strategic internship program that attracts and develops emerging talent, fostering a pipeline for future high-impact contributors while aligning with organizational goals and values.
Foster Community Engagement: Lead initiatives that promote employee engagement in volunteer activities, including partnerships with organizations like CORE, to align community impact with company values and create meaningful opportunities for employees to give back.
Data-Driven Strategy and Analytics: Leverage employee feedback, engagement surveys, and other data points to optimize the employee experience, measure success, and identify actionable opportunities that drive engagement and impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Alignment: Partner closely with stakeholders across functions to seamlessly integrate people programs into broader business strategies, driving adoption and creating a cohesive, high-impact employee experience. Serve as a champion change agent by influencing and aligning teams, ensuring successful implementation and sustained impact of initiatives.
Project Management Excellence: Apply a PMO lens to strategically manage initiatives, ensuring clear communication, alignment, effective implementation and continuous improvement of programs that scale with the business.
Champion Growth and Feedback Culture: Roll out engaging change management initiatives to drive adoption of new programs and embed constructive feedback practices into all people strategies, reinforcing a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and leading large-scale enterprise-level People programs and initiatives, in areas such as PMO, learning and development, performance management, or career development.
Must have 2+ years of experience using Workday (HRIS).
Must have 2+ years of experience leading recognition strategies.
Ability to operationalize a program strategy in an organized structured way with experience in reimagining and replacing legacy programs with scalable, high-impact solutions.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and drive organizational change to achieve alignment and results.
Experience implementing programs that achieved measurable improvements in engagement, retention, or performance.
Passion for creating seamless and impactful employee experiences that align with business goals.
R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation
This position has a salary range of $100K-$110K. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
