Lead Product Manager
About the Role:
The Lead Product Manager for the UK team will take ownership of the product strategy and execution for the UK market. This role requires balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, contributing directly to the UK business’s growth in a lean, startup-like environment.
The role demands a self-starter who thrives on building scalable processes, working cross-functionally, and influencing without authority. The Lead Product Manager will focus on customer insights, data-driven decision-making, and cross-team collaboration to deliver meaningful product outcomes.
You Will:
Develop and manage the UK product roadmap in partnership with the General Manager and other key stakeholders
Advocate for the UK customer by integrating insights and feedback into product development
Balance excellent user experience with ambitious business goals to drive growth
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver features and improvements aligned with roadmap priorities
Lead feature experimentation to validate ideas and optimize product performance
Conduct market research and customer interviews to identify opportunities and pain points
Analyze data to inform product decisions, prioritization, and feature enhancements
Work closely with the broader UK team, contributing beyond product responsibilities as needed due to the lean nature of the team
Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the company to align efforts, share insights and represent the UK team in the wider organization
Leverage quantitative skills to analyze metrics, track KPIs, and measure product success
You Have:
6+ years of relevant product management experience, preferably in e-commerce or D2C businesses with specific experience in product led growth and/or growth marketing
Demonstrated ability to execute and deliver in a lean, fast-paced team environment
Demonstrated academic excellence or relevant educational achievements
Strong analytical skills, including familiarity with SQL and databases
Experimentation expertise: ability to design, execute, and analyze experiments to generate learnings and drive impact
Ability to balance user experience with aggressive business objectives
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority
Strategic and tactical experience in designing and executing scalable processes
Entrepreneurial, resourceful mindset with a self-motivated approach to work
Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in dynamic environments with shifting priorities
A team player who takes ownership and accountability with a “first to take blame, last to take credit” philosophy
