We are looking for Senior Developers who can help our enterprise clients translate their requirements into functional and appealing interactive applications. The ideal candidate will be outcome driven, and have a drive to deliver the best quality output for our clients within specific timeframes.
What’s the Opportunity?
We are looking for an exceptional Learning and Development specialist to join Nearform on a fixed term contract basis, to work closely with our People team & our Marketing and Delivery teams to enhance and deliver our strategy for a better colleague cultural experience around learning and inclusivity.
We are looking for someone who is a strong facilitator and is comfortable delivering training to colleagues of all levels and seniority in the business. You will be involved in managing requests for Training & Development and the allocated budget spend on this for each Nearformer.
You’d be part of a fun, ambitious and high performing People and Talent Team, working with colleagues to optimise impact and ensuring every Nearformer reaches their potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery: Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, leveraging various delivery methods.
Learning Platform Management: Manage and maintain our learning management system (Leapsome). Upkeep the existing learning courses.
Evaluation and Measurement: Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements. Provide quarterly learning reports for the business.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with the People Team, leadership, and other departments to align learning initiatives with business goals.
Learning Coordination & Promotion: Plan and coordinate learning programs and initiatives. Promote existing and new learning in the company.
Learning Policy Management: Manage our internal Learning and Development Policy, tracking the learning budget and providing support to employees.
Ad hoc Project Support: Provide support in the People Team projects as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in learning and development roles.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning tools.
Proficiency in Articulate Storyline
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning
