COMPLY is looking for a dedicated Junior Systems Administrator to join our IT Infrastructure Operations team at a quickly growing firm in the financial compliance industry. The ideal candidate would assist teammates in the management and maintenance of our organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring systems are running efficiently and securely. You will support senior team members in troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and providing technical support to users.
Responsibilities:
Install, configure, test, and maintain end-user operating systems, corporate-issued software, and internal system management tools.
Work closely with other team members to monitor production and corporate system performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve efficiency where applicable.
Work with the quality assurance, data engineering, and other internal departments in to ensure all facets of corporate or production infrastructure are functioning seamlessly.
Provide basic troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime for employees.
Aid in triaging end-user incidents escalated from our security team in a timely manner.
Assist in maintaining the documentation repository on all existing and new corporate troubleshooting processes.
Participate in regularly scheduled meetings to review the status of technical issues, provide updates, and engage with teammates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in CS or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Understanding of basics in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Foundational Active Directory knowledge.
Okta, or similar, experience.
General networking knowledge, including but not limited to DNS.
Understanding of IT security principles and practices.
Adaptable, willing to be involved in many areas of the company.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
$55,000 - $65,000 a year
The compensation range for this role is specific to the United States. It takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role would be $55,000-$65,000 plus applicable bonus/benefits offerings, etc., as those similarly situated within the Company.
