IT Manager
FuturHealth is seeking an experienced IT Manager to support our employee population in partnership with our outsourced provisioning company, Techvera. This role will ensure that all IT systems, infrastructure, and employee-facing technologies function efficiently to empower our team in delivering exceptional healthcare services. The IT Manager will be key in resolving technical issues, managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day IT operations and be the primary point of contact for internal IT needs.
Act as the liaison between FuturHealth employees and Techvera, ensuring seamless coordination and effective problem resolution.
Oversee IT ticketing systems, track issue resolution, and identify trends to recommend system or process improvements.
Monitor and maintain compliance with IT security standards, including data privacy and device management.
Coordinate hardware and software provisioning, ensuring employees have the tools to succeed.
Partner with Techvera to manage IT infrastructure projects, updates, and ongoing maintenance.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure timely setup and removal of access to company systems.
Evaluate and recommend IT tools, software, and systems to support FuturHealth’s growth and operational efficiency.
Maange HITTRUST security policies and certification.
Train employees on IT tools and best practices, fostering a tech-savvy culture.
Prepare reports on IT metrics and performance for senior leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience managing IT operations in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
Proven experience working with outsourced IT providers or managing vendor relationships.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including cloud services, networking, and device management.
Familiarity with IT security best practices, compliance, and data protection.
Proficiency with ticketing systems, Apple Business Manager, Okta, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite tools.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as HITRUST I1 Certification, HIPAA, SOC 2, or ISO 27001.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting IT needs in a healthcare or highly regulated industry.
Proven experience managing IT projects, such as software rollouts or infrastructure upgrades.
Experience training employees on IT tools and promoting the adoption of new technologies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and mitigate IT risks proactively.
The pay range for this role is $140,000- $165,000. We offer a competitive salary package and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
