Integration Architect
This is Business Systems at Lattice
Our Business Systems Integration Lead at Lattice is directly accountable for maintaining an easy to use integration. You will provide the necessary leadership, analysis and design tasks related to the development and enhancement of key integrations between our business systems. You will be required to independently make decisions and be responsible for implementing solutions by working with the development team. You will work in a results-oriented environment that is focused on internal user experience, operational efficiency, continuous process improvement, and strategic growth. Your expertise in Workato and your strong technical background will be instrumental in driving the successful delivery of integration projects and ensuring the seamless flow of data between systems.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using the Workato platform
You will collaborate with stakeholders, including business users and development teams, to gather integration requirements and define project scope
You will design and architect scalable and efficient integration workflows, connectors, and data mappings in Workato
You will develop and configure integrations between various applications, systems, and APIs using Workato's drag-and-drop interface and scripting capabilities
You will ensure the smooth flow of data between systems by implementing error handling, data validation, and exception management mechanisms in Workato
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve integration issues, troubleshoot errors, and optimize performance
You will provide technical guidance and support to junior developers or integration specialists on the team
You will conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding best practices, and drive continuous improvement in development processes
You will stay up-to-date with the latest features and capabilities of the Workato platform and propose innovative solutions to enhance integration capabilities
You will participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation activities related to Workato integration projects
What You Will Bring to the Table
You have at least 8 years of proven experience in designing and implementing integrations using the Workato platform, including building workflows, connectors, and transformations.
You are proficient in working with various integration patterns and technologies such as REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and SQL
You have experience in integrating cloud-based applications (SaaS) and on-premises systems using Workato
You have a solid understanding of data integration and synchronization concepts, data transformation, and mapping techniques
You have strong programming and scripting skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python) to implement custom logic and enhancements in Workato
You are familiar with API management, authentication, and security concepts in the context of integrations
You have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues
You have strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $134,500 - $168,000. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
