We are looking for someone who has high attention to detail, strong time management skills, communication skills, organization skills who works well with deadlines and has knowledge of logistics systems. A person who understanding of transportation limitations and regulations, transportation issues and has planning skills and ability to contribute individually to greater goal.
Expected outcomes & responsibilities:
The Inbound & Returns Lead focuses on controlling the 3PLs performance to ensure achievement of service levels committed and related to Inbound and Returns. Role also supports activities required for NPS, COGs, & KPIs controls including continuous improvements and best practices regarding all Inbound processes.
3PLs Control: Capacity, Fill Rate, excellence performance and Service Level Agreement regarding Inbounds in all our 3PLs
3PLs Reporting: control and report for Backlogs, Fill Rate, Incoming Shipments, Check In/Put Away and any other special project to our 3PLs.
3PLs Daily Touchbases: Leads daily meetings as control points with 3PLs to maintain informed on the progress and identify future issues.
Manage the Marketplaces Inbounds
Analyze, report and help solving Inbound issues
Pending Sync: Audit to ensure there's no orders pending in migration between the eCommerce platform and our ERP
Manage COGS & Cash Flow
Requirements:
Desired technical skills:
Power BI/Tableau
Lucidchart
Advanced MS Excel (macros)
MS Access
SQL
Minimum technical skills:
Strong experience working with MS Excel (Formulas, pivot tables, databases)
Experience in Google Docs
English verbal and written (Intermediate level)
