Summary
You will be part of a high-quality team that leads client implementation projects on the platform, being the focal point for the client and other suppliers with Pismo during these projects. This role is critical for the customer to quickly see value in their integration, ensuring adoption of the defined solution.
What you'll do
Ensure that all activities take place as planned and that the customer understands the platform's functionalities as well as its possible parameterizations
Carry out project management for the implementation of new customers, ensuring visibility to all stakeholders
Develop and maintain healthy relationships with customers, building trust and transparency
Track deployment success metrics
Ensure customer success in deployment
Assess customer needs and relate to possible solutions
Identify opportunities for improvement in the process, product and documentation
Minimum Qualifications
10 + years experience within Implementation ( ideally within cards )
Experience in the large-scale implementation of at least two of the following capabilities is essential: core banking, cards, electronic payments, consumer/corporate lending
Strong Project management skills
Experience working with clients in International Markets ( APAC, EMEA, US, Latam)
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with a wide range of people, both internally and externally
